Bo Tibbetts is the CEO of Public Safety Dive Supply/Services. He has been providing equipment and training services to public safety personnel for over ten years within the realm of water operations, to include dive, swift water, surface ice rescue operations, and drowning investigations.

Bo is a credentialed adjunct professor with Colorado Mesa University, Western Colorado Community College, and The Western Colorado Peace Officer’s Academy, which serves the Colorado Attorney General’s Office -Colorado P.O.S.T.. Bo has become a leader within drowning investigations and teach various underwater crime scene investigation programs at Colorado Mesa University specifically affiliated with the criminal justice department, and The Western Colorado Peace Officer’s Academy. He trains law enforcement, fire, search and rescue, paramilitary, and EMS departments nationwide. Bo works closely among federal, state, and our local investigative entities in underwater forensic investigations.

His career includes a B.B.A. degree from Colorado Mesa University. Bo also hold an Emergency Response Diving International Instructor Trainer license specifically relating to public safety dive programs nationwide.
